Thank you for shopping with Flicker of Faith, LLC. We are committed to delivering your candles safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g., 12 PM EST] will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Flicker of Faith, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Flicker of Faith, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • You may also contact us at support@flickeroffaith.com, and we will do our best to assist


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@flickeroffaith.com with your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping box and packaging

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on damaged items.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific locations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped and issue a refund.
