At Flicker of Faith, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage or defect (photos required).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Candles damaged due to improper use or storage

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Because candles are personal, consumable goods, we cannot accept returns for scent preference or change of mind.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@flickeroffaith.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement candle

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we recommend returning the damaged item (if required) and placing a new order.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
